Gemma has worked in the health industry for just over 30 years both as a nurse and in the administration sector. Coming on board with Domain Illawarra, Gemma brings a wealth of experience in customer service, professionalism, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Gemma believes in going that extra mile to help and support you whether you are in the office or over the phone. If an immediate answer to your query is not available, Gemma will either source the information herself or find someone who is able to assist you. Gemma’s bright and friendly voice on the phone matches the genuine smile you are greeted with when visiting the office. Gemma gives 110% to her job and quite often is the first in and the last one to leave.
Gemma joined the Domain Illawarra family in 2017 and has fit in very nicely with Ali and the team, complimenting the property management team, looking after the reception area and ensuring both reception, property management and sales administration runs smoothly.
