Having recently relocated to the Illawarra from the Southern Highlands, Isabella (Izzy) offers a fresh perspective on the local property market while quickly building strong connections within the community. Since beginning her professional career in 2021, Isabella has developed valuable experience across hospitality, reception, lifesaving, swim coaching and most recently as a Sales Assistant within a business coaching company. In this role, she supported the sales team by managing client communications, coordinating appointments and assisting with the sales process from enquiry through to onboarding. These experiences have strengthened her organisational abilities, client relationship management and ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-focused environments.

With her previous experience and keen interest in the property market, Isabella joined the team in early 2026 as a Property Officer, bringing a friendly, organised and detail-focused approach to the real estate industry. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, Isabella works closely with clients to ensure every experience is professional, seamless and well managed.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys swimming, spending time with family and embracing everything the Illawarra lifestyle has to offer.
