I have to say I was very impressed that you were able to achieve such a healthy capital gain for my investment, due of course to the excellent presentation and diligent sales pitch you promised and delivered. I have now purchased another investment property. My only regret is that it wasn’t from you but I will have you and your excellent management staff manage this one as well.
